Self-Care
 
 

A healthy diet, movement, relaxation, and stretching are key elements to effective
self-care. Walking, biking, hiking, running, and Pilates are all good examples of activities that raise your heart rate, increase oxygen intake to help keep you flexible and fit. Massage can be a key element in any training and fitness routine. It aids in quicker recovery from a workout, helping avoiding injury by keeping the muscles and fascia supple and flushed. Yoga is my favorite form of self-care.

I offer custom designed yoga sessions to massage clients.
