Symmetry Therapeutic Massage aims to bring your body into balance. First we want to address your immediate needs, relaxation, relief from tension, discomfort, or pain, then work to decrease imbalances that play a part in this tension.
We believe proper assessment is key to effective treatment. Each session we assess to determine postural dysfunctions, range of motion (ROM) limitations and lifestyle factors that collectively contribute to these imbalances in your body.
Then we partner with you to develop attainable self-care goals. These will be one to three tools or exercises to enable you to help yourself. These tools will empower you and will help you gain greater body awareness.
All are welcome, athletes, weekend warriors, yogis, computer users, mothers to be, musicians, dancers, cashiers, waitresses, artists, firemen, bankers, coaches, we all deserve to relax and renew. Touch makes a difference!
